What is a BOC-3?

Filing a BOC-3
The FMCSA demands that a processing agent submits the BOC-3 form on behalf of the motor transporter. Brokers and freight forwarders who don’t operate their motor vehicles commercially owned can file the BOC-3 by themselves.
The cost for filing an initial BOC-3 is typically between $20 and $40.

Every motor carrier will be required to file several biannual and annual filings they’ll have to keep on top of and, first of all, there is a filing that is related to your authority.
