- To do Janushirshasan, first of all, you should spread a yoga mat or sheet in a peaceful and clean place.
- Sit on this mat with both legs straight in front.

- Feel the stretch on the fingers of both feet.
- Bend your right leg and place its soles on the ground near the thigh of the left leg.
